Personal Injury and Malpractice Evaluations

We have experience working with attorneys and personal injury litigants (plaintiff and defense retained), as well as testifying about the findings of our evaluation in state and federal court. In addition, we evaluate individuals as part of worker’s compensation cases.

What to Expect

Litigants will undergo a clinical interview, records will be reviewed and collateral data collected. Testing will typically take most of a day and entail a battery of tests designed to aid the provider in determining if damage has occurred and who is responsible.
